Hi, my name is Renee P. I am 87 years old and live in Creve Coeur, Missouri. I never thought that I would ever be involved in a personal injury lawsuit. But, that changed in December of 2000.

I decided to have my hair styled at a local shop. I was sitting in the chair having my hair cut when the stylist told me to get up and walk over to the hair dryers. What I didn’t know was that the stylist had left a power cord right by my feet. When I tried to walk toward the dryer, I tripped on the cord and broke my right hip.

I’m sorry but I am an 87-year-old woman, the cord was not there when I sat down in the chair, then they put that apron around me, I couldn’t see anything around my feet.

But my attorney did not give up. He kept pounding away until he got the insurance company to give in. In the end, I received enough money to pay all of my medical and legal expenses and enough left over to make the rest of my life a lot more enjoyable.
